Refund and Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise that require our customers to request a refund or cancellation of their order. For this reason, our company has established a refund and cancellation policy to address these requests.


If you are not satisfied with the quality of our services, we will issue a full refund of your purchase. This applies only to orders that have not been completed. To qualify for a refund, you must contact our customer service team within 14 days of the delivery date and provide detailed information regarding the quality of the paper or service. You must also provide evidence that the quality of the paper or service did not meet your expectations. In cases where a refund is issued, we reserve the right to retain any fees paid for extra services such as a plagiarism report or VIP customer service.


If you wish to cancel your order before the paper or service is delivered, we will provide a full refund. However, if the paper or service has already been delivered, we cannot offer a refund. In cases where the order is partially completed, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.
