Risks Monitoring Tool

This policy is designed to ensure that our academic writing service provider company (Company) is adequately monitoring risks associated with providing our services and that appropriate steps are taken to address those risks.
This policy applies to all departments, employees, and contractors of the Company, who are responsible for providing academic writing services.
Risk: Potential losses or damages caused by various factors, such as operational, financial, or legal issues. Risk Monitoring Tool: A software application used to identify, analyze, and prioritize risks.
The Company will use a Risk Monitoring Tool to identify, analyze, and prioritize risks associated with providing academic writing services. The Risk Monitoring Tool will be used to assess and monitor risks on an ongoing basis, as well as to develop appropriate strategies to mitigate those risks. The Company will ensure that the Risk Monitoring Tool is regularly updated to reflect any changes in the environment, including changes in laws, regulations, or industry standards.
The Chief Risk Officer is responsible for overseeing the implementation and use of the Risk Monitoring Tool. The Risk Monitoring Tool will be monitored and maintained by the Risk Management Team.
All employees and contractors responsible for providing academic writing services will receive training on the Risk Monitoring Tool, including how to use it properly and effectively.
Failure to comply with this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or contract.
This policy will be reviewed periodically to ensure that it is up to date and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
